Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. If you are under that age, you may not use the service.

You are responsible for the information you give us, for keeping your login secure, and for what happens through your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.

Jerkmate1v1 is a web service that pairs people for one-to-one video, audio and text conversations. It also includes the pages you are reading, the match lobby and the wallet where coins are bought and used.

We may change, pause or remove features at any time for technical, legal or safety reasons. We do not promise that a match will happen, that anyone will reply, or that call quality will be perfect.

You can browse for free. You also get 10 free matches per day, and each successful match uses one. When they are used up, further matches use coins, and live video is billed per minute from the moment a call connects. The rate is shown before you start.

Coins and other digital items have no cash value. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Coins you have already spent, and minutes you have already used, are generally not refundable, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged in error, write to us with the date, the amount and the payment method.

Do not use coin generators or buy coins from anyone but us. They are not connected to the service and we cannot help with them.

Live conversations are between the people in them. You are responsible for what you say and show. Do not assume the other person will keep it private; keep personal details to yourself.

You keep the rights to anything you create. You give us the permission we need to host, display and moderate it so the service works. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

We may review reports and take action to protect people and the service. That can include warnings, restrictions, removing access or cancelling transactions linked to abuse or fraud. We may keep records we need for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

You can stop using the service at any time. If you want your account closed, write to us.

The service uses third parties for things like hosting, analytics and payments. Their own terms apply to what they do. We are not responsible for sites we link to.

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Jerkmate1v1 is an independent service. We are not affiliated with any other brand named on this site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after an update means you accept it.
