Something did not work, or you want to tell us something. Here is where to write and what to put in the message so we can help quickly.

The email address is shown as support[at]jerkmate1v1.com. Replace [at] with @ when you write. We write it this way so automated scrapers do not fill the inbox with spam.

What we can help with

Account and login

Cannot log in, wrong coin balance, or want to close your account.

Payments

A payment that did not complete, or coins that did not appear.

Safety reports

Anything that happened in a chat that you want us to look at. See [safety](/safety).

Press and partners

Questions about the service, or something you would like to propose.

What to include so we can help quickly

What happened, in a sentence or two.
Roughly when it happened, and your time zone.
The device and browser you were using.
For payments: the date, the amount and the payment method (never the full card number).
A screenshot, if it shows the problem. Hide anything private first.

What not to send

Never send your password, a full card number, a government ID or a private photo. We will never ask for them. If someone claiming to be from us asks, it is not us. Report it using the safety page.

For quick answers, the help section on the safety page and how it works cover most questions.

We will never ask for your password.
